The Day of the Girl Job Shadowing Initiative partners with asset managers, investment management companies, financial services firms, banks with investment divisions, and corporate finance departments to host learners for a day of workplace exposure and inspiration in the finance and investment industry. If your organisation is passionate about empowering future female leaders in the investment profession and can host learners for a day of meaningful exposure, we invite you to register.
School
The Day of the Girl Job Shadowing Initiative is open to high schools with academically strong Grade 10 or 11 girl learners who are taking Pure Mathematics and either Accounting or Economics. This initiative is aimed at learners who would not ordinarily have access to such career exposure. We encourage you to register and give your learners this valuable opportunity to explore careers in finance and investments.
